As you arrive at Rishikesh, youâll be transferred to a retreat wherein you will check in and get to your room. You will be welcomed warmly by our staff, and you can rest for some time to destress yourself from the fatigue of the tour. After that, youâll have to strictly follow the schedule as mentioned below.
As the morning bell rings around 6 am, you will get up and head to the room where yoga and mantra chanting will be conducted. It is important to give a positive start to your morning, as it will increase your productivity and improve the quality of your mental and physical health. The morning yoga and manta session will be conducted for around one and a half hours under the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher. After this, you will enjoy Ayurvedic herbal tea that is prepared with a blend of some of the most effective natural ingredients. Ayurvedic herbal tea does not have any side effects, and it improves your mood and digestion. Relish the tea, enjoying the picturesque views. After this, youâll have an Ayurvedic breakfast wherein youâll be served some of the healthiest dishes that will keep you full all day long and improve your overall health.
After the breakfast, youâll have a consultation with a doctor. The doctor will evaluate your health and try to find out the problems youâre facing. This detailed evaluation is important as the Ayurvedic massages and treatments will be described based on the findings in the physical screening. Next, youâll go for an Ayurvedic massage or treatment that will last around an hour. These treatments can help eliminate toxins from your body and support your digestion process. The expert staff will customize herbs and oils to your unique needs and dosha, ensuring the therapies can effectively remove impurities, boost your immunity, restore balance, and promote wellness and vitality. In the evening you will go for a local excursion and visit the popular attractions. You can visit the temples and seek the blessings of god, admire the beauty of Neer Garh waterfall, and attend the Ganga aarti at the Triveni Ghat. Since you have six days at hand, you can divide your time accordingly to visit all the famous sites. Return to your accommodation after the local excursion and enjoy an Ayurvedic detox dinner made using the freshest ingredients. After this, you will enjoy some games or sit around the bonfire and have an interesting conversation with your fellow mates. At around 10 pm, the lights will be off, and you will proceed to your room to have a soothing sleep.
