- Prior to 15 days of date of departure – 25% of the total cost
- Prior to 10 days of date of departure – 50% of the total cost

- Less than 5 days of date of departure – no refund
Refund will be provided to you only after the complete verification of the cancellation.
The refund amount will be either transferred back to your account or collect it in cash from our office.
Q 9: How Many People Are Allowed At A Time Inside The Helicopter?
Ans: At a time only 6 people are allowed inside the helicopter where 1 of them will be a helicopter.

Please give me information about the ground transfer procedures including which are the places where I will be required to do it?
In the dhams of Yamunotri, Gangotri and Badrinath you will be made to transfer to the temple via a ground transfer in a taxi which will be provided with us and will also be included in the helicopter yatra package.
Yamunotri – You will be transferred from the helipad at Kharsali to the Yamunotri dham via a palanquin or a pony ride.
Gangotri – Gangotri temple is situated at a distance of almost 25 minutes from the helipad at Harsil. For ground transfer we will be providing you with a taxi service which will drop you directly at the main entrance of the temple.
Badrinath – You will be provided with a personal taxi service which will transfer you from the helipad at Badrinath to the main temple of Badrinath which is situated at a mere distance of barely 100 metres.
Q 11: When Is The Most Appropriate Time To Avail The Helicopter Services?
Ans: You are free to avail the char dham yatra by helicopter anytime you like during the open months of travel which stays open for a duration of 6 months.
