Day 01 – Delhi to Haridwar

Your spiritual sojourn will start as you arrive in Delhi. Our representative will pick you up from Delhi Railway Station or the airport, and you’ll enjoy a road trip to Haridwar. After reaching Haridwar, you’ll be dropped at your pre-booked hotel and explore the nearby attractions. In the evening, partake in Ganga Aarti, the most stunning rite at Hari ki Pauri. The devotees of Goddess Ganga and the priests perform Aarti on the bank of the Ganges, and it is a sight to behold. Thereafter, you’ll return to your hotel and have a restful sleep, thinking about the spiritual experiences waiting ahead on the next day of the tour.
Day 02 – Haridwar to Barkot

Give your day a pleasant start by relishing a mouth-watering breakfast. After that, pack your bags and continue your journey to Barkot. Barkot is a Nagar-Palika and quaint town in the Uttarkashi district. It is situated on the Yamuna river banks at an altitude of around one thousand two hundred and twenty meters above sea level. Hindu pilgrims often stop at Barkot before going to Gangotri Dham and Yamunotri. Villages like Chakargaon, Paunti, Uprari, Sara, Sunaldi, Chatanga, and Dandagaon are situated close to Barkot town. After reaching Barkot, you’ll be dropped off at your pre-reserved hotel, where you’ll spend your night.
Day 03 – Yamunotri Jee Excursion

Post breakfast, check out from your hotel as you head to Hanuman Chatti. After reaching Hanuman Chatti, take a local jeep that will drop you at Janki Chatti. Janki Chatti will mark the end of the road journey, as from here, you’ll have to undertake a challenging trek to Yamunotri Jee. The trek is around seven kilometers from one side and offers the trekkers unadulterated views of nature. Devotees either ride a pony or a palanquin or cover the trek on foot. After arriving at Yamunotri Jee take part in the pooja ritual that is performed every day inside the premises of the temple. After puja, you’ll head back to Barkot and spend the night at your pre-arranged hotel.
Day 04 – Barkot – Uttarkashi

Post breakfast, check out from your Barkot hotel, and proceed to Uttarkashi. Uttarkashi is an ancient town with a picture-postcard-like appeal and a rich history and culture. The highlight of this place is the temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Uttarkashi is also known as Kashi and is dotted with many temples dedicated to Goddess Durga, Lord Hanuman, Ekadashrudra, Parshuram, Bhairav, Annapurna, Dattatrya, Laksheswar, etc. Himalayan ranges surround Uttarkashi from all sides, and the hot springs and green meadows make it feel like a paradise on Earth. After arriving at Uttarkashi, check in to your hotel and freshen up yourself. In the evening, you’ll visit famous sites like Vishwanath Temple, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar, Ekadash Rudra, Goddess Kuteti Devi etc. Spend the night at your Uttarkashi hotel.
Day 05 – Gangotri Jee Excursion

Give a delicious start to your day by having a lip-smacking breakfast. After that, head to your next destination, i.e., Gangotri Jee. During the road journey, you will be greeted with panoramic views of the Himalayas. En route, you’ll visit Bhagirathi River and Harsil village. Gangotri jee is Goddess Ganga’s seat. Gaumukh, which is around nineteen kilometers from Gangotri, is the origin point of the river Ganga. As per mythology, King Bhagirathi pleased Lord Shanker by performing durable penance to bring the goddess Ganga on Earth so that the sins of his ancestors could be abolished. After the darshan of Gangotri Jee, drive back to Uttarkashi and spend your night at your pre-reserved hotel.
Day 06 – Uttarkashi – Rudraprayag

Post a luscious breakfast, you’ll head to Rudraprayag, a beautiful district in Uttarakhand perched at around six hundred and ninety meters altitude. Rudraprayag is the holiest confluence in Hinduism. River Mandakini originates from Chorabari glacier near Kedarnath, and Alaknanda River’s origin point is Satopanth glacier before meeting at Rudraprayag. Alaknanda merges with the Bhagirathi River at Devprayag, leading to the origin of the River Ganga. Therefore, Rudraprayag is revered by Hindus. After arriving at Rudraprayag, check into your hotel and visit Chamunda Devi, Rudranath, and Koteshwar Temple in the evening. At the hotel, you will have a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 07 – Rudraprayag – Kedarnath Jee

Head to Gaurikund after a yummy breakfast. From Gaurikund, you will have to undertake a trek to reach Kedarnath Jee. If you take a pony to undertake the trek, you’ll have to pay for it on your own. As you embark on the awe-inspiring trek, you’ll be stunned by the breathtaking views of the scenic valleys and majestic mountain peaks. With this trek, you can challenge yourself for new accomplishments and connect with nature. After reaching Kedarnath Jee, you’ll check in to your hotel and have a soothing sleep.
Day 08 – Kedarnath Jee – Srinagar

Visit the Kedarnath Jee Temple early morning else; it will become very crowded, and you won’t have a pleasant experience. Have Kedarnath Jee’s darshan and pray to him, requesting him to fulfill all your wishes. Later, you will trek down around fourteen kilometers to Gaurikund. Once you reach Gaurikund, you’ll go on a road journey to Srinagar, a piece of paradise on Earth. Post arrival at Srinagar, you’ll check in to your hotel and spend your night comfortably.
Day 09 – Srinagar – Rishikesh

You’ll be transferred to Rishikesh from Srinagar, and after arrival at Rishikesh, you’ll check in to your hotel. Rishikesh is not only a famous spiritual destination, but it is also deemed to be the Yoga Capital of the World. Enjoy full-day sightseeing in Rishikesh on the ninth day of your tour. You’ll visit some of the most popular sites like the Geeta Bhavan, Laxman Jhula, Raghunath Temple, and Ram Jhula. Visit Parmarth Ashram in the evening and see the Ganges Aarti. Spend the night at your hotel.
Day 10 – Rishikesh – Delhi

On the tenth day, you will again go for Rishikesh sightseeing. Today, you’ll visit the unexplored sites and the hidden gems. After absorbing the beauty and tranquility of Rishikesh, you’ll enjoy a road trip to Delhi. This will also mark the end of the tour. After reaching Delhi, you’ll be dropped off at the airport or railway station, and you’ll continue your journey forward.

Ans: Har Ki Pauri is a famous Ghat in Haridwar that means the Lord’s footsteps. King Vikramaditya built this Ghat in the first century BC in his brother Bharthari’s memory who had come to meditate here. Gang Aarti is performed at Har Ki Pauri daily attracting devotees and pilgrims from all around the world. Every day, hundreds of people take a dip in the water of the Ganges at Har Ki Pauri.
