• Day 01 – Hyderabad – Srisailam

  Your sacred tour will start as you arrive at Hyderabad railway station/Airport and meet our representative, who'll welcome you gladly and make all the arrangements to transfer you to Srisailam. You'll enjoy a scenic drive to Srisailam and appreciate the surreal landscapes. Srisailam is known as both a shakti peetha and jyotirlinga. It houses the Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple, built in honor of Lord Shiva and Srisailam Dam. The sanctum enshrines a linga of Lord Mallikarjuna protected by a hooded cobra. This temple has been constructed in the Dravidian style with sprawling courtyards and lofty towers and is the finest example of Vijayanagara architecture.

• Day 02 – Srisailam

  Post breakfast, you will go for a Srisailam temple tour, which is the dream of every spiritual soul. You'll visit the Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple, Sakshi Ganapathi Temple, and Sikharam. Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple is dedicated to Parvati and Shiva. It is one of the eighteen Shakti Peethas that every devotee must visit at least once in their lifetime. Inside the temple's Garbha Griha, there is Lopamudra's idol. In front of Garbha Griha, there is a Sri Yantra. The sanctum enshrines Lord Mallikarjuna. The Garbha Griha is very small, and the devotees can't enter inside. It houses a large idol of Nandi over a pillared hall. Sakshi Ganapathi Temple is also a sacred destination visited by thousands of devotees every year. Lord Ganesha is the temple's main deity. The common practice that is followed is to offer prayers at this temple first and then visit other sacred sites in Srisailam. The outer walls of the temple have beautiful carvings. The black idol of Ganesha can be seen holding a stylus in the right hand and a book in the left hand as if recording the pilgrims' names and their wishes.

  The next destination included in the package is the Sikharam, which is perched between the Srisailam hill range. The highest peak of the Srisailam hill range is known as Bhairani Konda also referred to as Sikharam by the locals. After the exploration of the local sites you'll return to your hotel and have an overnight stay.

• Day 03 – Srisailam – Hyderabad

  Have a tasty breakfast, and then pack your bags as you'll return to Hyderabad. En route, you'll stop by to visit the Srisailam Dam, one of the largest man-made dams in India. It took twelve years to complete the dam and it is in a very well-maintained condition. You'll also visit the Akkamahadevi Caves, renowned for their highly biodiverse ecology. The caves are known to be the seat of brutal Saiva divisions such as the Kapalikas. These caves are situated in the lush green forest, so tourists need to first take a boat ride from Patala Ganga followed by a few minutes trek. The boat ride is around one hour long through the River Krishna. As per the locals, Akkamahadevi, a well-known philosopher, ascetic, and lyricist, worshipped the Sivalinga in this cave. After the sightseeing tour, you'll return back to Hyderabad. We will transfer you to the railway station or Airport, from where you'll continue your journey forward to your final destination, thinking about the unique experiences you had during the trip.
