• Holy Bathing Rituals : Pilgrims take a dip in the icy-cold waters of the River Saraswati, as it is believed that bathing in the river during this auspicious period cleanses one of sins and grants spiritual merit

• Meals at Kedarnath (our catering team cannot reach there)
• If due to any reasons beyond our control like landslide, traffic jams, flood, riots, political unrest, bandhs, helicopter unavailability or bad weather conditions, accidents or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, the program will need to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly. Due to these reasons we may cancel some sightseeing places, there shall be no refund for the same
• Any charges of train, helicopter, auto charges at Rishikesh & Haridwar, ropeway ticket of Manasa/Chandi Devi, Doli & pony etc.
• GST – 5% applicable on total billing.
• Any auto, Rikshaw, Tuk-tuk charges

Precaution for Yatra

• Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
• Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
• Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as a pony (horse) coming from the opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
• Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shops during trekking.

Cancellation Policies

• After booking confirmation: You will receive a 90% refund, with only a 10% retention fee.
• 45-30 Days before the tour: Enjoy a 70% refund, with just a 30% retention fee.
• 29-14 Days before the tour: Receive a 30% refund, with a 70% retention fee.
• 13-08 Days before the tour: Get a 10% refund, with a 90% retention fee.
• 07 Days before the tour: Regrettably, no refund at this point, but we're here to assist you in any other way we can.

How to book/ Booking Procedure

Once you are happy and satisfied with the proposed tour plan and ready to make your travel booking with us, you need to pay at least 25% of the total tour cost in advance. The remaining balance should be paid 30 days before the travel date

Last- minute booking, all kinds of tickets,Peak season booking required 100 % tour cost to process the booking.

After making the payment

Once we receive the advance amount, our Account department will send you the payment invoice (bill) immediately on receiving the amount in our account. The Boarding Pass and tour schedule will be issued within 7 days prior to your tour starting date.
